“Healing is an act of communion.”

Often in our enthusiasm to reimagine our futures, we can miss a step. Discovery and diagnosis. The urgency—usually self-imposed—leads us to sacrificing a credible analysis of what fixes need to be made prior to reimagining how to thrive.

Maven Leadership Cohort is an immersive experience that unlocks creativity, wellbeing, and belonging for visionary decision-makers who are curious about improving collective futures.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
We will focus on integrating the pause into business, public service, or social impact. In practical terms, this year, we wish to support leaders at critical moments in their careers who want to:
1. Introduce evidence-based strategies for expanding team capacity for greater discovery, diagnosis, and contingency;
2. Assess, recalibrate, and pivot with confidence, OR
3. Create consistent milestones for respite and fortification in planning and operation
Our theme this year explores defining a perpetual sabbatical. We will emphasize developing collective rituals to establish disciplined practices and cultures to support it.
GOAL
Our goal is for Mavens to feel more confident in achieving social impact and asserting greater agency over their professional practice. Maven Leadership Cohort is a gateway to career-long professional development including, collaborative learning, executive coaching, relationship-building, well-being activities, and catalytic sponsorships.
