Chair Yoga

In this class, you will be guided through an accessible chair yoga class, only utilizing the upper half of the body. Take this class when you are looking to stretch or check-in with your upper body, possibly after a long-drive or a long day of sitting. Our instructor is Victoria Gonzalez (she/her). Restorative Yoga

Take this class when you really need to slow down and check-in. You’ll be holding poses in a supported way for an extended period of time, really connecting with your breath and quieting the mind. Our instructor is Nzingah Oniwosan (she/her). Learn more about her here.

Tai Chi and Qigong

In this Tai Chi and Qigong class, you will be taken through a series of exercises centered around enhancing your wellbeing and longevity. You will be brought through what is known as the nine gates in Tai Chi, as well as four of the Eight Brocades Qigong exercises. This class can be taken by all individuals, and is suited to those who are looking to get a full-body workout. Our instructor is Leah Santos (she/her | they/them). Learn more about her here.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Yin Yoga

In this class, you will explore slower, more mindful movements that calm the nervous system and slow the breath. Try on this flow before bed or at the end of a long day. Our instructor is Victoria Gonzalez (she/her). Learn more about her here.

  • What you’ll need for class: a yoga mat or towel, a folded up blanket (you can use a throw pillow or thin couch cushion as well), 2 blocks (you can use a thick book or stack of books instead)
