In this Tai Chi and Qigong class, you will be taken through a series of exercises centered around enhancing your wellbeing and longevity. You will be brought through what is known as the nine gates in Tai Chi, as well as four of the Eight Brocades Qigong exercises. This class can be taken by all individuals, and is suited to those who are looking to get a full-body workout. Our instructor is Leah Santos (she/her | they/them). Learn more about her here.
