Introduction to Yoga Poses and Breath
In your yoga practice, you will find that each sequence is made up of a series of poses called asanas. The more you are able to find confidence in each asana, the more you will find benefit from your practice. Similarly, when you embark on your yoga practice, you will find that your breath is one of the most powerful and crucial tools in your arsenal to get correct. It can make a difference in whether or not you have a successful practice. So, take the time to refine your form with these short videos breaking down specific asanas and how to manage your breath.
