We have spent years learning from and working with hundreds of extraordinary social impact leaders. Our practical approach to supporting queer and trans leaders of color and allies incorporates collective learning, integrates research, prioritizes cultural fluency, and invites creativity and experimentation.

Linkages/Enlaces (All Levels)

HIV and HIV stigma disproportionately affects the Black and Latinx communities in central and south Florida. This two-hour session gives social justice leaders the skills and resources they need to make their advocacy, service delivery, program development, policy formulation and workplace more inclusive of people living with HIV. Linkages/Enlaces is recommended for teams of at least three or an entire organization.

Creators Studio (All Levels)

Why do 50% of executive ideas fail? Let us help you test whether your great idea is viable. In this rigorous four-part series, we invite QTPOC leaders and allies to actively collaborate with other social entrepreneurs as they freely navigate in a supportive space. In this course, those who are expected to have all the answers are free to say “I do not know” and pose just as many questions as they answer. Creators Studio is recommended for social entrepreneurs of any experience level who want to develop a product/service, initiative, policy, or non-profit organization or business.


Maven Leadership Collective (Intermediate)

This transformational learning experience takes proven QTPOC social impact leaders on a six-month journey from ideation to implementation of their social impact venture. Through this cohort-style experience, participants will acquire the enhanced operational skills, professional networks, and wellness habits to accelerate the growth of their career and social impact venture. Maven Leadership Collective is recommended for founders of a social impact venture or individuals and duos who are leading a community initiative.

Maven Master Class (Advanced)

Are you a Maven Leadership Collective alumnus ready to level up? Maven Master Class is a four-month learning experience designed for queer and trans social impact leaders of color and allies who have successfully completed the Maven Leadership Cohort in Orlando or Miami. This collaborative master class focuses on: scaling impact, generating earned income, leadership succession planning, measuring outcomes that matter, and promoting lasting culture change. This intensive course is recommended for Mavens who are founders or principals of an existing social impact venture or initiative that has demonstrated clear impact and are now looking to achieve a more authentic, resilient, and sustainable culture of diversity and belonging for their ventures.
